July is the peak of monsoon season and with that comes heavy, almost daily rainfall for most of the country. Temperatures remain warm with averages just touching 30°C (89°F). The central planes remain the driest region and temperatures still average in the mid-30s (low 90s). The rainfall in most of the country makes road travel difficult, if not impossible in more remote regions. The beaches along the west and southern coasts are now mostly closed for the monsoon season.
Myanmar in July is visitable. There will be almost no visitors but lots and lots of rain, high humidity, and limited travel access.
