Hanoi - Lao Cai: 330km, ~9h by train
After breakfast at hotel, the whole day is free without guide or vehicle for your personal discovery. Room is available until noon and there’s possibility to leave luggage at the lobby after check-out. In the evening, meet our driver at the hotel lobby for private transfer without guide to Hanoi Railway Station for overnight train to Lao Cai.Optional: You can enjoy a private tour of Hanoi city accompanied by an English-speaking guide. Upon arrival in Lao Cai Station at around 6a.m, meet our driver who will transfer you to hotel in Sapa passing mountainous road (35km, ~1h drive). After breakfast at hotel, we commence a trip by a 5km road transfer out of Sapa town.
Then walk starts from here downhill and cross the stream to the other bank where Suoi Ho village beautifully sits on the top of a low hill. Spend half an hour to visit several local homes for understanding of local life before continue walking along a large path on hillsides which is paved with rock to get through Ma Tra village.
This portion of the walk offers beautiful scenery of the valley and terraced paddies as well as flower farm. Paying visiting to a ruined of the French Catholic church at the end of the walk, we continue your walk down Sa Seng Valley, locally called "Ta Phin" where you will have an extraordinary view of the beautiful scenery of the region, a combination between the mountains , the rice fields, the river and the small hamlets.You will meet Red Daos women in traditional dress. This is your opportunity to discover the tradition of embroidery known to this ethnic group before being picked up and transfer by road 12km back to Sapa.

Hanoi - Halong: 170km, ~3h30min drive
After breakfast at hotel, we depart for Halong Bay via Thai Binh and Nam Dinh without guide, passing a peaceful countryside typical of Red River Delta with endless rice fields and winding rivers. We will arrive at Halong’s tourist wharf around noon and embark an elegant wooden junk for a cruise through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Ha Long Bay to enjoy a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery blending with the sky and some 3,000 limestone this World Heritage Site. While being on board, we will be served a sumptuous fresh, local seafood lunch followed by swimming and exploring some of the limestone caves in this area. Try the feeling of witnessing the sunset on boat is really great. Dinner on board. The captain then will anchor for the night nearby a remote island. Hanoi - Hue: 770km, ~12h on train
Waking up surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the bay, we have time for an early morning dip with joys and emotions for watching sunrise on sea followed by breakfast. The cruise continues to move around the bay for us to discover more secluded areas, we then take kayaking and swimming in the stunning bay. The junk will be near us at all times serving as a backup vessel for those that require it. At around midday we will return to the main harbor before transferring to our awaiting vehicle for drive back to Hanoi without guide. We reach Hanoi around 5p.m and time is free for your own dinner. Our driver will meet and transfer you to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train (SE1: 7p.m-8:25a.m or SE3: 11p.m-10:30a.m) towards Hue.Meals Included: Brunch

After breakfast at hotel, we bid Hue farewell and continue our south bound journey to the old trading town of Hoian without guide. Saigon - Cai Be: 140km, ~2h30min drive
08.00a.m, our tour guide and driver will pick you up and we head to My Tho province. 10:00a.m Arrive at the Nam Bo branch in My Tho town. Take a boat trip on Tiền river, get over Tiền river to The other side (Bến tre land). Sight-seeing fish farms, floating fish market along the Dragon island on the way. Through Xếp canal in Bến Tre (land of coconuts) to See coconut collection set and how the locals make handicrafts from coconut trunk and shell. Enjoy seasonal fruits and listening to traditional music. Take the horse-cart on village path and stop at Mr Nam Ngô orchard, taste honey with tea or wine. See bees-breeding in wooden boxes under longans tree.
Take rowing-boat along water palm creek. Lunch on islets (included). Boat to see local people make coconut candy, taste candy (special products of Bến Tre province). After tour, we will get on the car and head to hotel in Can Tho for check-in.

Rising early to the sounds of the Delta coming to life for another day, we have breakfast and start our trip with a boat cruise on sparking streams along the endless waterway of Mighty Mekong River to Cai Rang floating market. There will be hundreds of boats loaded with fruits, vegetables and fish jostling for trade. Sellers advertisers their wares by crying out across the waters. We visit the lush orchards and are treated to a delicious tropical fruits. Domestic flights
If your trip includes domestic flights if any, they will be operated by Vietnam Airlines, the largest airline in Vietnam. The fleet consists mainly of Airbus and Boeing. On some short trips, the company operates 72 ATR and some Fokker.
Rail transport
Train travel can be offered (particularly between Hanoi-Lao Cai and Hanoi-Hue). Travelling at a speed of 60km/h on average it is not necessarily the fastest but an interesting experience nonetheless.
