Beautiful Beaches in Central Vietnam
Oh, the Mother Nature treats Vietnam so well, blessing it with a bunch of stunning beaches across the country you could never imagine. Unfortunately, a majority of travelers tend to overlook Vietnam’s beaches and flock to Thailand or Indonesia. Ignoring the chance to unwind on white soft sandy beaches with transparent water is a huge mistake. Hence, in order not to miss amazing seaside landscape of Vietnam, let’s explore this list with me!
1. Lang Co Bay in Hue
It appears that Lang Co Beach will be the most different name in this list. Travelers are flocking to this bay to seek out the tranquil ambiance to balance their daily life. The calm and blue seawater of the beach here is nothing special for me, but wandering around Lap An and Cau Hai Lagoons by sampan boat brings me seemingly indescribable feelings and emotions. Sailing the boat at sunset is the ideal time for us to see the poetic scenery which is created by the rugged mountains, blue sky, final sunshine at the end of the day in harmony with the local’s fishing activities reflecting on the clean water surface. This area is really appropriate for nature and photography lovers.
Where to stay: For high-end Vietnam holiday lodgings, check out Banyan Tree Lang Co, Angsana Lang Co, or Vedana Lagoon Resort & Spa. Budget hunters should look up Lang Co Beach Resort, or Thanh Tam Seaside Resort.
2. Non Nuoc Beach in Da Nang
Da Nang has already been reputable for My Khe Beach as one of the six most attractive beaches on the planet according to The Forbes. Nonetheless, if you wanna get out of the crowds of domestic and Chinese tourists, just go ahead to Non Nuoc Beach. Featured by the slight slope, soft white sands, clean water and waves breaking on the shore, Non Nuoc is completely the idyllic beach destination.
Where to stay: For a boutique experience, check out Pulchra Da Nang. With the sophisticated and contemporary style, try Melia Da Nang or Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa.
3. Ha My Beach in Hoi An
Although Ha My is the newly emerging spot, it has rapidly been under traveler’s radar. Located just on the outskirts of Hoi An and far away 6km from Marble Mountain in Da Nang, Ha My Beach is the truly hidden gem in this area. The very first impression that you will fall in love with this place will be the pristine beauty with palm-tree lined white sand beach. It is said that the most gorgeous moment here is at dawn when the sun shines the light or the reflection of sunlight on water at sunset. Hence, don’t forget to admire these magnificent scenes when coming here.
Where to stay: There are only two places to stay here Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai Hoi An or Le Belhamy Resort & Spa.
4. Ky Co Beach in Quy Nhon
Quy Nhon has been well-known as the popular destination among Vietnamese youngsters in the last three years. Ky Co Beach is situated 25km off the coast of Quy Nhon and it takes roughly 20 minutes by canoeing. It is inevitable that Ky Co can still retain its original untouched wilderness thanks to the transparent seawater, dazzling coral reefs. More interestingly, we can have the chance to mesmerize some colorful fishes stuck inside the natural pools, which are carved into the rock. This place is given birth to those who are in favor of nature adventure.
Where to stay: For both service and facilities quality, it’s a toss-up between AVANI Resort & Spa and AURORA Villa & Resort.
5. Bai Xep Beach in Phu Yen
This tiny beach has begun to draw the public’s eyes when the blockbuster “Yellow Flowers on the Green Grass” was released three years ago. The movie shot depicts the beautiful scene of a golden sandy beach stretching along the two stone peals protruding to the sea. It resembles the intact heaven with the green hill covered by the grass and cactus along with the deserted sandy beach to the top stone. An overnight camping in the top hill will be the unforgettable experience in your lifetime.
Where to stay: Very easy to answer. Nothing is much more stylish or eclectic than VIETSTAR Resort & Spa.
6. Ninh Chu Beach in Ninh Thuan
Lying between the two famous coastal retreats for Westerners Nha Trang (to the North) and Mui Ne (to the South), Ninh Thuan still seems to be off the tourist trails. This city owns a bunch of secluded and idyllic beaches, typically Ninh Chu Beach. If you want indolent days for swimming, sunbathing, jogging or some water sports, this spot will definitely fit your style thanks to the glorious sweep of wide sand and warm clear crystal water.
Where to stay: Just a few qualified options here. Try Saigon – Ninh Chu Hotel & Resort or Aniise Villa Resort.
