Just a little note from cold and rainy England to say thanks for organising such a great trip for us! We absolutely loved visiting your country and learning about your history and culture.

All three guides were absolutely brilliant and without them we wouldn’t have had the same experience, so a big thanks to them too.

I can’t believe it’s almost been two weeks since we arrived home. The first week was a struggle as we were feeling so jet lagged so we are only just getting back to normal life now.

We really appreciate all the effort you put in to making our trip a success. We also really enjoyed meeting you and were very grateful for the gifts. You and your people are just delightful and so kind and thoughtful.

Our favourite places were Hoi An, Ninh Binh and Halong Bay but we enjoyed visiting all the places. We would love to return one day and see the hours we couldn’t squeeze in. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t have good weather in Nha Trang but it was good to relax there and we definitely needed a break then.

We would totally recommend your company and will pass on your details to all our friends.

Vy – Thank you for putting together such a great trip for us.  It was quite an adventure – a lot of fun and full of many “firsts” for us.  We learned so much about your wonderful country.  We had a fabulous time.

Just wanted to thank you for setting up a great dinner on the New Year’s Eve at Morning Glory Signature – delicious food and a primo view of the river festivities.

BILL x2pax – Vietnam Highlight 10 Days

I will try to summarize the major comments on our trip.

Generally – the trip was very good, everything was on schedule, your supervision and your availability during the trip was very helpful and appreciated, and we were very pleased and recommended your company in any web.

All the Hotels were superb (but for the Homestay in Sapa – see below), especially the hotel in Sapa.)

The day in Hanoi – the tour in the city was quite short, I would add some walking along the lake – if weather permits.

Ninh Binh – the cruise on the river was a very nice experience,  the legs-rowing was quite an attraction..

Train to Sapa – I would recommend a wagon for two, rather than for four.

All the arrangement (Mango hotel) were 100%, and worked perfect.

The lady guide in Sapa was very loveable and authentic – we loved her very much and recommend her.

The Homestay, though,  was a disappointment – it was not a homestay at all – but rather a 3^rd class low rank Bungalow Hotel – nothing like a home stay.

The Halong-Bay sail was very nice and a very high class and good conditions – everything was perfect..

Saigon – the guide was very good.

I would recommend adding the Cou- Dai main temple to the day of Ku-Chi tunnels, and try to aim to service hours.

I also missed the floating market in the Mekong Delta.

The Sampan sail was wonderful – in my eyes one of the best parts of the trip!

The boat was wonderful, the guide and the whole team on boat were 100%.

Cambodia – the guide in Pnom-pen was O.K., and the guide in Siem-Riep was wonderful, and highly recommended.

Both activities – cycling and cooking class were very enjoying and a good experience.

I have been meaning to message to say thank you for what was a truly unforgettable trip. We absolutely loved our trip in Vietnam – thank you for creating such an excellent itinerary for us and for all the organisation.

Thank you for the beautiful gifts and also for my surprise birthday cake – it made the day even more special.

Real highlights for us were:

– the Vespa food tour on the last night – so special to see HCMC that way and we felt very safe with the careful drivers

– the beautiful boat on Halong Bay (although we were deeply sorry to hear about the tragedy the next morning)

– the family experience caving day with Loc (excellent guide)

– train street

– the row boat in Tam Coc – in fact we loved all of the boat trips

– walking along river in Hoi An and seeing the lanterns at night

– the war Remnants museum in HCMC – deeply moving

– Anhill hotel was absolutely stunning and massage was amazing treat

– swimming in the waterfall in puluong and visiting the ancient house where the couple let us play with all the old toys and showed us how to de-husk the rice

– Tung the driver in north Vietnam was great – so kind and patient with our family- we really would recommend him

– cycling, foot massage and cookery class in hue

– all of our guides were great

– there were so many more highlights as we really did love every day

A couple of very minor constructive comments that I share privately with you for you to consider:

– I recommend that drivers at airports /train stations have a name board and are waiting at arrivals

– by the end we felt we had seen A LOT of temples – possibly I would drop one or two.
