VIETNAM

1Who needs to apply for a visa to Vietnam? 

Only citizens of certain countries can visit Vietnam without an entry visa.

Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Laos within 30 days:The Philippines within 21 days; South Korea, Japan, Russia, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Britain, Italy, Spain, Germany and France within 15 days; Brunei within 14 days.

Note:

  1. Foreigners holding British National Oversea (BNO) passports are not exempted from visa requirement, thus must have appropriate visas to enter Viet Nam.
  2. For foreigner who enters Viet Nam as unilateral visa-exempted: the entry date must be at least 30 days from the previous exit as unilateral visa-exempted person. Otherwise that person is required to have approprate visa to enter Viet Nam.
  3. In accordance with Decision No 80/2013/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister dated December 27, 2013, holders of foreign passports are exempted from visa requirement for entry into, exit from Phu Quoc island, with duration of stay no longer than 30 days. In case if holders of foreign passports,before entering Phu Quoc, had transit through other international border gate of Viet Nam, he/she also enjoy such exemption.

All other citizens are required to get an entry visa prior to departure or Visa on arrival at Vietnam’s International Airports with the help of a pre-approved letter.

2. Where to apply for a Vietnamese visa?

Vietnam Embassies or Consulates worldwide or on arrival at the airports (Airports in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Danang)

However, if your city does not have a Vietnamese Embassy and you wish to avoid procedural delays (around 4- 10 days) we can arrange the invitation letter sent to you by email so that you can get the visa on arrival.

3. How to make visa to Vietnam? 

– Making visa at Vietnam Embassy: You reach Vietnam Embassy that is nearest your place, filling out the form, confirm and pay, wait for normally 5 working days to get your visa in person. 6 working days to get Visa by post

– Making E- Visa: Only certain countries can make E- Visa to Vietnam working

– Making visa on arrival:

Please send us a copy of your passport to process the invitation letter, we offer you the cost to make this letter (15USD for single visa; 20USD for a multiple entry visa). We will forward your information to the Vietnamese Immigration Department in order to obtain the letter. Once finished (within one week), we will send you via email. You then print out the invitation letter, prepare 02 passport sized photos (4*6cm) and 25 USD for single visa, 50 USD for multi-visa in cash for visa stamping fee (paid by yourself upon arrival at the Immigration Office in Vietnam international airports: Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh city, or Danang airport in Danang city).

Please note: Your passport MUST have validity for at least six months as well as all the information in the visa approval letter is correct.

CAMBODIA

1Who needs to apply for a visa to Cambodia?

All visitors, except citizens from Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam (30 days) Philippines (21 days) and Thailand (14 days) need a visa to enter Cambodia. The official price for a tourist visa is US$30, and US$25 for a business visa to be paid at border crossings.

2. Where to apply for a Cambodian visa?

Visas can be obtained at any Cambodian embassies or consulate overseas. Visas are also available “on arrival” at international airports, all six international border crossings with Thailand, some international border crossings with Vietnam, and at the main border crossing with Laos.

3. How to make visa to Cambodia? 

– Visa at Cambodian Embassy: Making visa at Cambodia Embassy: You reach Vietnam Embassy that is nearest your place, filling out the form, confirm and pay, wait for normally 5 working days to get your visa in person. 6 working days to get Visa by post.

– E- Visa to Cambodia: After filling out the form, confirm and pay, you will get the approval letter within 3 days.

30 USD for stamping fee, 7 USD processing fee, 3 USD credit card fee, Total: 40 USD,1 photo 4*6 cm

– Visa on arrival: In order to get Cambodia visa on arrival, simply prepare two passports sized photos (4*6cm) and 30USD in cash for visa stamping fee (paid by you upon arrival).

LAOS

1Who needs to apply for a visa to Laos?

All visitors entering Laos must possess valid passports. Visas can be obtained from Lao Embassies and Consulates abroad. In addition, visas can also be obtained on arrival at the international checkpoint. There is no E- Visa to Laos at the present time.

Please note: All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months and one empty page.

2. Where to apply for a Laos visa?

Visas can be obtained at any Laos’s embassies or consulate overseas.

Visas are also available “on arrival” at international airports (in Vientiane, Luang Prabang, Pakse and Savannakhet), Lao-Thai Friendship Bridges (in Vientiane, Thakaek, Savannakhet), Tha Nalend train station in Vientiane, and international border crossings with Thailand, some international border crossings with Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and China.

3. How to make visa to Cambodia? 

– Visa at Cambodian Embassy: Making visa at Cambodia Embassy: You reach Vietnam Embassy that is nearest your place, filling out the form, confirm and pay, wait for normally 5 working days to get your visa in person. 6 working days to get Visa by post.

– In order to get Laos visa on arrival, simply prepare two passports sized photos (4*6cm) and Maximum 45 USD in cash for visa stamping fee (paid by you upon arrival).  The visa on arrival fee depends on your nationality. See the table below. Visa on arrival can be done easily, cheap and fast. This kind of visa is the most common visa at this present time.
